Is there a fee other than parking to get into the park?

No just parking $10

There is no other fee, but, the lower road, to the Hudson and trail, is closed due to damage. Only the upper (plateau) access is open and it has limited parking. You can park on Locust Ave. Which you will see as you approach the park from Broadway ave. It is the closest parking that is legal.

Parking fee is $8. Parking lot gets filled pretty fast.
