Pay stubs for all employeed in household. Proof of rent or mortgage. Award letters for anyone in household with SSI/SSD. Bill stubs for gas electric and water. SS cards for everyone in household. Picture ID for everyone who has one and birth certificates for everyone if it's your first visit. Also shut off notice for the bills you need help with. These are all needed.
