I'm giving them a 2 star rating for the times they've helped me out. It's like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to answer any phones, & than the lucky time you DO get an answer, it's usually a very ignorant person, as if you're bothering them to do their job. Unfortunately I've had no choice as of recent to result to using CEO. I completely understand why landlords do not want anything to do with accepting any funds from CEO because it takes FOREVER for the rent check to get issued, all because you can't get a hold of anyone!! I'm tired of calling over and over, leaving messages that NEVER get returned. I understand they're probably stressed and overloaded.. but is it THAT hard to have some.compassion & common curiosity in your mannerism over a phone call? It's Luzerne County. I wouldn't expect nothing less. Since I can't get a hold of ANYONE or ANY returned phone calls AND emails for WEEKS, I will be stopping at the office today. I'm sure if we owed CEO money, they'd be on our @ss about it every day. They just don't seem to care. They need an over haul on employment & education on customer service. There's my rant & 2 cents! 😡 totally fed up.at this point

You would have to call them and find out not sure! !
Yes they have a fax
They can assist but they don't find the apt for you and the landlord must accept CEO, home must be up to date, all taxes paid on property, and have a certificate of occupancy through the city of Wilkes Barre.
No., But if you have 10 kids from 19 different men, they will qualify you for help. In other words, you have to have excruciating circumstances or,tons of kids. But don't get discouraged, call any way. Best of luck.
They started mailing today
Cause its work and people i find are generally lazy. Simple as that, keep pushing and eventually you will move someone.
The program is for anyone in need, you just need to go to the office, have your ID, income for the last month, and anything you have to show the rent you're paying. The front desk will get you to who you need to talk to.
I do not think so but they can help you get housing.
Gotta bring those pay stubs. Plus rent/Bill receipts. I'm praying that you and your family have a happy and warm holiday.
Yes, also with first month's rent if needed. Funding is never guaranteed, but we will do whatever we can.
Depends on the worker you have I believe....Ours screwed us over really bad and were still homeless but good luck...
Ok thank u
Best thing to do is call CEO, they can give a lot of information
I believe that you would need the past 3 mo. of the utility bills in question with you when you go there, it's usually busy so an appointment might help you out, they'll assist you no doubt. Peace :-) out!
There's one up by Sherman Hills, one week they give out food and the next week they give out clothes. This is all I know
I'm not sure . all you can do is ask them
Spring is not a date. Anyone have dates???
I don't now
