Is there a reason the hours say they're open but the answering machine states they're closed?

This place initially recieved one star, when I fist arrive and was terrible, where they gave prognosis with to much enforcement to test. Thanks to my immiedite response to make a difference they now have upgraded to correctness. The place has begun to get better which is why I gave more stars for their improvement.

If you're going to Community Counseling run I went to Community Counseling I went there for 3 years they kept me on depakote I had Dr zubera depakote made me shake to the point I couldn't hold a spoon the powder in it when to change medication Dr zubara would refuse to give me anything else if I told her I wanted to go off of it she would pull out my 302 and start reading it to me one time another doctor at Community Counseling at 302 to me when I argued with them over keeping me on depakote despite it making me gain 80 lbs making my hair fall out and making me shake lackluster counselors never help me with anything and they 302 me multiple times I had another doctor who all I would do is go to him ask him to change my medication and when he refused I would leave the office this went on for years they never did anything they never told me they had supervisors and no one ever helped me get a different Counseling service help me find a different doctor or do anything they just kept me on depakote I have real doctors now and I'm not on depakote I don't think there was ever a reason to have me on difficult
