The worst !!!!! So disrespectful and always hanging up the phone. They have no manners at all. Starting with smiff that doesn’t even let me talk at all to tell her what’s going on… to copa that literally hung up the phone on me. If you going to have representatives I suggest you get people that actually have patients because these females have no type of manners at all !!!

That office is horrible, very difficult and depressing to deal with them, they never receive the documents that are sent to them .... social workers who do not do their job .... uff

If you can get the name of your case manager, sometimes they give you their direct number. If you cant get it that way, if you make a stop to the office and talk to one of the receptionists, you can get their phone number that way I think

How do you get the Application for LIHEAP?
No you have to call and ask them to mail out your application, fill it out and either mail it back or go there and drop it in the Dropbox at the front of the building

Idk sorry
To my understanding yes. On the first page of the application it does asks what are you applying for and child care i believe is one of the options.
Ask Google It will bring it right up.
How? I tried that today cause I lost my card and they said they don’t make them there I’d have to fill out an application for one and it’ll be sent out with in 7 to 10 business days
No, you can get it online, there are two different companies that do it.
Complete the application either in the office or at compass.com w
You can walk in and apply.
We are required to have a telephone interview and verify all the information placed on the application. Once verification is completed if eligible expedited services are given the following day of application.
Go there or call the change center
You can. Try calling a few minutes after they open
You would have to call to see when they will load it

When you move to a different county, contact your caseworker to report a change of address and request an ICT, Inter County Transfer. Any renewals that are due must be completed in your current county before they can transfer your benefits. There is no need to reapply at the new county office, your benefits will be automatically transferred for you.

I'm sorry but I got admitted in the wilkes-barre general Hospital for pneumonia on Monday. As soon as I get out I'll send you the paperwork

I applied a week ago and was supposed to get my card in the mail yesterday or Tuesday and never got it
You can go to the office with proof of address- a bill with your name and new address on it and bring it to the front desk. They may have you update your bill costs and rent if you rent so have that stuff handy as well
Im on ssdi and no, you cant. You can get medical insurance until your ssdi medicare kicks in. Once it does, you can get a form with the assistance office to have some of your medicare deductibles covered by the county
