Be prepared to wait and if you have somewhere else to be, forget about it. Came in for a 2:10 appointem with 1 person ahead of me, and now 3:47 and have yet to be seen by the provider. Thanks for making an already uneasy situation feel that much more better.

I’ve called 3 different times waited longer than 20 minutes each call and kept getting hung up on ? Without anyone even picking up ? Says schedule an appointment online but you go online and it says you need to call 🥲🥹how does that work

It has been years since I have been able to see a doctor due to losing my insurance. I had some health concerns and was far behind on needing a pap test. I received blood work here, a pap and breast exam, and was able to express my concerns. Everyone at this facility was so kind and thorough with me, and I still can't believe all I was able to get taken care of for an affordable price. Super grateful.

I’ve been to this location multiple times for stomach pains and missed periods. Each time they dismissed my claims and blamed my weight. I don’t think they ever took me serious to be honest. I don’t have insurance so this was my only option. Well I went to another doctor, and in that visit I found out I have pcos and I had two fairly big cyst on my ovaries at the time. So how come it took multiple failed attempts at this place I don’t know. If it wasn’t for me trusting my gut and going to another doctor who knows how bad it could’ve got. Honestly would not recommend

We do have a waiting room, but if you prefer to wait in your car, I believe we can accommodate that and call you on your cell when we're ready for you to come in.
We do accept walk-ins, but the wait time may be quite long. If at all possible, we recommend making an appointment to reduce the time spent in the waiting room. Best to you!
We do accept walk-ins, but the wait time may be much longer. We recommend making an appointment online at ppkeystone.org, on our app, PPDirect, or by calling 1-800-230-PLAN.
Yes we do
Actually we will be starting to offer the abortion pill in our Wilkes-Barre Health Center this Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Please call 800-230-PLAN (7526) or use our app, PP Direct, to schedule an appointment. The pill is $500, but we do have funds available to cover the cost for some people who qualify based on their income. You can speak with a representative who can help you determine if you qualify for financial assistance by calling the 800 number above.

I'm not sure which insurances cover the patch, but if your insurance does not, the lowest fee on our sliding scale is $5. You can find out what your cost would be by calling 1-800-230-PLAN
There is a sign outside. Once you enter the building, take the elevator to the second floor. There are signs directing you to the entrance.
We do offer cancer screenings. We do accept walk-ins, but your wait time may be significantly longer. We recommend making an appointment at ppkeystone.org, on our app, PPDirect, or by calling 1-800-230-PLAN
Our staff are trained in providing care to people of all genders and sexual orientations. We do not currently offer gender affirming hormone therapy, but the care we do offer is provided in a way that acknowledges and values who the patient is and as they identify themselves.
I think they have a nurse there every day they're open.
We currently offer the abortion pill for about $500. There may or may not be other associated costs, based on your particular situation. You can visit https://www.plannedparenthood.org/planned-parenthood-keystone/for-patients/services/abortion-services for more information or call 1-800-230-PLAN to find out if you qualify for financial assistance and to get information specific to you.
To receive an IUD or implant, you can make a telehealth appointment for a consultation with a clinician. They can determine at that time if you will need a physical exam prior to receiving your IUD or implant. After receiving an IUD or implant, your annual checkups will be just as usual.
We have financial assistance for those who qualify. I'm not sure what the criteria is for teens. If you call 1-800-230-PLAN, they can help you determine exactly what, if anything, you would pay.
