Just call, leave a message and someone will call you back with an appointment. Just make sure you clear your schedule for the day of the appointment. Because you're going to be there for a while.
Come by tomorrow - ideally between 7&9 am. I know - believe me I know how much that sux when you're in it. Bring your ID. It helps if you are already enrolled in med assistance. They will help you no matter what. Be patient - intake is a process but it is not the staff's fault. Unfortunately the people who make these rules don't know what it is like to be sick. Just hang in. Be polite. And remember that no one takes a job like that for the money. They take it to help you.

It's probably easier to just stop in there. You have to fill out paperwork beforehand anyway.
