Received a call today from Kip regarding shipping on an item. He was really personable and enthusiastic on the phone. Like talking to a real person. It sounds silly but his attitude and demeanor was so refreshing. Often, interactions with people who have to deal with the public all day, are pretty spiritless and understandably so but not at this UPS Store. In addition, Kip was incredibly helpful and informative regarding the item and shipping options. I will absolutely work with this store in the future. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Store was closed an hour before the posted closure time. There was an employee inside who would not open the door. Poor customer service.
