July 7th. A very rude female just answered the phone and it was very unproffesional. Im just trying to correct my wrongs and when you have to deal with people like that its a very terrible situation.

There is NO justice in Lackawanna County Court...Older Adult Protective Services Act doesn't apply. In 2021, I filed a complaint against a deceptive used car lot and because the lot's Attorney 's father was the Magistrate who'd hear my case, I requested a change of venue/his recusal. It was granted BUT the magistrate by-passed Lacka Court Administrator and sent my case to Ware. My hearing took all of 10 min...Ware refused to hear from my two witnesses, but allowed the defendant to go on & on about his company's family history while the attorney accused me of "inventing and imagining" the car's DOCUMENTED electrical malfunctions. There wasn't a court stenographer present and when I tried to present my file, Ware said: "leave it...I'll give it the attention it deserves". He ruled against me with no reasons as to "why?"...and when I got my file back it had not even been opened! The envelope was still sealed...he never bothered to even open it. Justice? I walked into a pre-determined court. But stay tuned cuz copies of this review are being sent to the "higher-ups"! We the people deserve better...God Bless America.

I am currently going through the same things this judge pleaded my guilty 3 times with evidence and even allowed the woman to leave an pop my tire again this court house woman are rude I had to call the police and I continue to communicate through them now I have to report this to higher people because this is an outrage these woman will not file my paperwork after they are the ones who told me what to do and how to do it and instead of saying it was a mistake they are hanging the phone up and not putting charges on this woman who continues to harass me .. if anyone has more information please help me this is unfair in this may need to be checked into
