It's not illegal for a child to sit at at and. Look up the law prior to stating it's illegal. It's illegal for a minor to consume alcohol and any one under 18 to work a bar. Bad taste maybe. Not illegal.

I have no isuues with it. I would suggest speaking to the manager and askinf them if you do.
Really who cares.... Lol...... It's a restraunt not like they smoke in their. Its a faimly restraunt, I would understand if it was a bar. I've sat their with my 12 yr old and watched game. They do that everywhere now. Daytona pier I always get seated at bar with my children. Overlooks the water.
Ive see this before in NJ and i questioned it to the manager and told him it illegal to sit children on the bar as far a near the bar i don't i would request a different. And now you know what to tell them about kids at the bar. Hope this helps!!!
