Don't worry about the alligators. I have swam and water skied in the lake and rim canal my whole life. Just be mindful of mating season and don't do anything stupid like bother them and you will be fine. Just be careful. Like the ocean, winds and storms can develop quickly and that is your greatest threat.
Dont think they do. It could be dangerous if its windy.
There are a lot of alligators in that Lake I would not kayak in that Lake
