Park was ok,,,,, months after I left I received a call said I owed them $1190 plus electric???? I was paid ahead when I left. Then they said they fired the person taking money and said I will need to produce receipts??? I have receipts from my new RV park dating back to the day I moved my camper. Then he half way said he was sorry for an insulting phone call. I did not even mention the rate was higher after I arrived than was told over the phone

The place needs a little love, but everything else is okay, clean shower house, kinda clean laundromat, all the machines work, the pool is open but is kinda deep for kids. Rent is affordable $550 plus electric. They have wifi but is not so good, is super close to town. Nobody bothers you and the ppl that we met here are pretty amazing! Good place for a full timers.

People are disrespectful when we trying to park. However the lady who received us was nice and polite.they do accept late arrival time

Amazing! We came on thanksgiving and everyone was so welcoming! The lovely people who winter here were just a joy to chat with at dinner! Such an amazing place too! The pool was so refreshing and the landscape is so beautiful! Will 100% be back!!

Why do they feel it is necessary use COVID as an excuse to shut down the bath house, for the last several weeks? They could open during certain hours for use, then closed for cleaning? Unacceptable! Code enforcement will be notified!

Oh it gets better most holidays they close the pool and use the excuse that they have NO CHLORINE! WHAT ? Definitely someone like me is going to report it to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT
