The Oxbow eco center has a large wheeled chair that can be checked out by the public by speaking with an employee. The Oxbow center and gates have been closed in preparation for the Earth Day festival on April 21st 2018.
The main building has access but the majority of the trails are all grass and uneven. Personally I think the reasons would prove difficult for a standard chair. There are some paths near the building that would be accessible, I just don't recall how long they are. As of right now the gates have been closed to oxbow for a few days, not sure why
