The trails are for foot traffic only. There are bike racks for guests who ride to the preserve, but biking on the trails is prohibited.

There are signs posted saying no bicycles. Sorry. Besides unless you have mountain bike the trails have a mix of tree roots, sand and packed grass. Nothing paved. All rough trails. We even tried to take a baby stroller with big wheels and struggled a bit.
There are multiple nature trails and bicycles are allowed.
