I purchased a play card at the Wal-Mart store located in Tavares, Fl. The amount I bought was in the amount of a $45 Google play card. Once I got home I noticed that it was missing a few numbers of the pin code so it was no use to me.. I had my receipt and explained the issue but I was turned away twice on two separate trips to speak with a manager. Neither manager checked the card to confirm that the $45 was still there yet I was told to call Google to make a complaint but the office is never open I just got a referral to contact the via a letter
