I had my appointment on May 29th at the 410 Blanding location, as a new patient. While I was there someone stole my debit card. I don't know if it was an employee or one of the other patients. While I was on the phone with our bank sorting everything out, my husband called The Joint to make them aware of what was going on. This was the last place my card was used before someone went on a shopping spree. The staff were less than helpful. I have also made a police report and I'm waiting to see what happens.

The people at this location were very friendly, however my husband went in for an adjustment on his lower back after being in pain for a few days. The next day he was hardly able to walk and was forced to go on short term disability. I have learned in my research that chiropractic care should really be used with other therapies like massage to loosen the muscles before moving the joints. He was pressured into signing up for the monthly membership before he left the first visit but "had to sign up THAT day to receive the discount" They have a 2 month minimum so before my husband even knew how his body would handle it, he was locked into 2 months... I feel that this is predatory business practices. As a consumer, I should have known better but we fell for the sales pitch. In my research, places like The Joint, which just pop you and send you on your way don't treat the "whole patient" and may be fine for people who don't have a lot of issues and just need preventative maintenance but if you are already in a lot of pain I would STAY AWAY!

The staff is incredible and i can't get over how clean the place was. The chiropractor did an excellent job ensuring I understood what was happening and felt comfortable during the entire adjustment. To add I had no idea how affordable get adjusted was! 10/10 WILL absolutely recommend to my stressed out friends. I feel like a new man!

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
