It's against the law to take shells or any marine wildlife, starfish for example. You would be shocked at how many people take little shells cfrom the beach and then on the way home a hermit crab pops his head out. Too late to take him back to the sea. z Over the years so many people have taken shells there just aren't many left, sorry 🤔

Please don't.

Dayna Perrault | Dec 27, 2017

You are no longer allowed to remove shells from the beach. Sorry

Bone Head | Dec 27, 2017

They are very few and far between here

I just collected rocks. Lots of rocks

Gustavo Gonzalez Jr | Dec 27, 2017

Not really. Most of beaches are not known for sea shell collecting.

And then walking along the beach near the camping area

virgil Ellsworth | Dec 27, 2017

Not a great place to collect seashells. Low tide on the boneyard rocks with luck maybe.

William | Dec 27, 2017

There are few shells to be found. Almost all rocks. Beach is very steep and subject to huge changes overnight. This is for the campground beach only. Other close by beaches may be different.
