If the waves are good it will be full. You can always head to another beach a little more north or south
Parkings medium, but i dont recommend swimming when its really cold.
Good luck it really depends on weather and conditions most of the time parking will fill up
The lot was moderate size when I was there in August but there was also street/curb parking not to far away.
There is lots of parking!
