Can you only eat once or can you go several times during the day??

You can eat as much as you want during the reservation time at the buffet, but you cannot come and go throughout the day without a dining fee for each separate visit.

This is an all you care to eat buffet but once you leave you are required to pay again.

You can go more than once, but you will need reservations for each visit. They do offer buffets for breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon and dinner in the evening.
