Yes you have pay admission to shoot around.
The court is part of the museum. So, it is accessible as part of the admission ticket. Also, there are other people/kids on the court who are shooting and dribbling around at the various hoops. So, you cannot really play like a pick up game. There is a dunking line of hoops ranging from 6ft to 9ft. That is fun.
