The front desk staff Charissa is very rude and disrespectful. She told me that I had to pay my copay and a portion of my deductible prior to being seen. I paid $678.56 for my entire visit. Just to wait in the lobby for 3 hours and only see the Demos for 3 minutes. This place is unbelievable. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Let alone cameras are everywhere in the place. Including the bathroom.

They gave my son appointment very early because my son and I we take the bus so that’s easy for us so they always are very respectful and kind to us. The office always clean the staff that I spoke with they’re always very kind so I don’t have no complain about it I recommend it to anybody they have a problem with there skin. I’m just speaking about the office of Springfield so with that said I will keep going with them as long they have this office here.

Please listen to me, do NOT go to this office. You will regret it. Horrible, unprofessional, and I’ve actually considered reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. It honestly feels like a joke, that’s how ridiculous this office is. You wait for hours and get seen for literally 1 minute. Trust me, find ANY other dermatologist office and save yourself the stress, ESPECIALLY if you have serious skin problems like I do.
