They have been closed for a long time with the changing rooms / dressing rooms. Clothes cannot be measured. Every time I visit the store I ask when they will be available and neither the employees nor the manager know when. All the other stores already have their dressing rooms open after taking measures due to the covid-19 pandemic except Raimbow.

I had bought an item there and I didn’t realize it was cropped when I purchased it and I tried returning it and the cashier just started throwing items and throwing a fit giving me attitude telling me I can’t return it because I wore it and I told her I wore it because I tried it on and she still wouldn’t let me return it so that’s $17 I’ll never get back I guess because she was refusing to talk to me after I stated that I wanted to return it and she wasn’t letting me she was very disrespectful and unprofessional

My 1st time there n I hated it the cashier call the assistant to com n get my bag because I'm black she didn't know I understand Spanish when she came over n asked 4 my bag I just walked out
