NPS sites are always lovely to visit! This place had plenty of parking, clean restrooms, water fountain, and obviously a ton of guns

This was by far the most amazing museum we have ever been to. The staff were beyond welcoming, sweet and went above and beyond for our little enthusiast. The photo speaks volume of how well the staff is and our son had the time of his life!

If I remember correctly, there's no admission fee for the Springfield Armory, but there's a donation box inside for people who want to make a donation.
Yes, and well worth the visit. They have specific hours so plan ahead
Lots of handicapped and non-handicapped parking only 30 feet to steps and ramp to the entrance of Springfield Armory National Park.
Apply to the US Forest Service
Call the museum office.
Why don't you call them.
Please check the serial number again. I can not find any with a B as the third digit. If the B is actually a number, then it was produced in 1918 when Springfield Armory crafted Model 1903 serial numbers 761558 through 1055091.
