They will not allow you to just walk down and view the cave. You must be able to swim. I tried to come just to take pictures and was turned away. Even offered to pay snorkle price.
There are hand rails on both sets of stairs. If you are just snorkling or swimming and you navigate normal stairs ok, you should be fine. Take your time going down and back up.
I believe the stairs will be the only problem.. if they are confortable with that they shold be fine !!!
If they can walk up stairs they will be just fine.
