You can take a picture or scan it into a computer. Which doesn't matter because they will tell you they haven't received whatever your trying to scan regardless of the item being posted as requested. They are complete careless fools
That place is a disaster
Do u have an account with them, when u log In go to your dashboard( it takes a min for everything to show) somewhere on the bottom it says upload documents. Or call them they will walk u through it.
