Yes, the boardwalk is open year round and about half of the shops are open year round as well, with the rest opening in March.
It is open year round and there's no charge. During winter the town of CB even has free parking. Some shops and restaurants are open year round, not Britt's Doughnuts, but there's good gelato! There are lots of nice days in the winter and it's not crowded so you can swing or walk and people watch. The pictures in my review were taken in February and there are people on the beach. There's no such thing as a bad day at the beach! LOL
Yes, open all year with free parking till end of March. Most everything is open but the hours or menus may be limited till Easter

The boardwalk was extended and its a nice walk more than before and all seasons its open. Some businesses are open and the new bbq restaurant has been open for awhile now. There is a new coffee shop too. All should be open by April 1 st.
Yes the boardwalk is open and last week I was there getting something to eat at the restaurant that is on the boardwalk. I also got some ice cream while I was there. Many of the shops we're open but a few of them were closed until the summer season starts.
