It was way better than excellent upon arrival we were told welcome to paradise 😊And from there it just got better…. Miranda was great at checking us in and giving us our parking pass so we could walk to beach.Daryl greeted with a smile giving us our room key and let us know about the live music playing later at the Lazy Pirate.The room was immaculate and thanks to Angie and Casey for being so good about towels and anything we might need. Lanita was very informative about the stuff happening on the day we met her. And as for Ms.Leann well word’s just can’t express how pleasant and kind she was simply wonderful!!!! This was a fly by seat of our pants trip and everyone at “The Drifter’s Reef” made it a trip full of fun. If I could rate 20 stars I would and you can bet your bottom we will go back. We were guest but they made feel like family. Not one time did I see a bug or a fly except on the beach. In my personal opinion we got our money’s worth and more. Price,cleanliness,and Kindness all at the same establishment is a thing of the past but not there it was our trip to paradise ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Can’t wait to return

We checked in on Saturday, the room was clean and the size of the bathroom was impressive. We ate dinner next door on the outside with live entertainment. It was a short walk to the beach and surrounding stores. It was very nice. We will be visiting again soon.

Don’t Waste your money at this hotel, we booked for Memorial Day and they made us book 3 nights minimum. Spent +$500 and it was not worth it. Yes it’s cool the bar is in the same parking lot but there’s no separate parking. We should be obligated to parking especially if we’re actually staying at the hotel yet people coming for the bar took them all and even created the their own spaces. When we called front desk no one cared to do anything about the issue and we were ignored. Had to park at least 2 blocks away. Definitely won’t be returning.

This place has bed bugs. When we went to front desk about the bed bugs that we found in 1 of the suites that we had we were offered a refund or moving rooms. At 130am you have no choice but to change rooms when you paid $518 for both suites as we had a large family. Offered to show pictures of bed bug we found and office declined which to me states they know they have a bed bug issues. I do not recommend this place at all. Staff friendly but we should have been reimbursed on the room or at least a huge discount. Will not stay there again ever. Disgusting
