When we asked well there they said they can use some volunteers that were under the age of 18 for very specific events. I would send them an email and ask it's your under 18 what you can do to help. They need all the help they can get. :-)
I believe have to be 18 year's older but go to protector of animals website you will find the information the you need hope helps
