This is a state park and the cost of entrance keeps this a nice and well maintained area with cleaned BBQs and clean bathing facilities. Especially in our time of drought and a lawn being provided.
You can get in free just not park for free.
Just park on the street, PCH, and walk in thru Capo Beach. The bike path connects Doheny beach to Capo beach.
Thru front gate. They only charge vehicles not pedestrians.
You can just walk in it only costs if you drive in
