As far as I kno, there is a fee to get an animal from the CT Humane Society. The fee helps cover some of the costs associated with shots, spay fees, etc. It's worth it to kno you're getting a healthy animal bfore u take it home

They always charge an adoption fee.. most shelters charge a fee to cover medical costs, shots, micro chipping and food.
