You can work out by yourself, there are also group classes you can take as well
They have group classes or you can work out on your own. I found it helpful to have a trainer help me with my goals (lose weight and diet to help me do so, also get into a healthy regimen). I got 2 free sessions with a trainer, when i joined. She helped immensely and set me in the right direction to achieve my goals.
