You keep calling the number, which is something nobody without a robodialer has the time to do. I tweeted to the CT DMV about this and their sole response was to keep calling. If you have a quick question, you can try tweeting them but it took at least a couple of days to get a response from them even then. The excuses about COVID-19 being a burden to casework actually forced them to finally implement a system that almost works as I only waited about 20 minutes after receiving a number for it to be called to the window. Although it's not an ideal amount of time to wait is certainly not the unreasonable hours of waiting you'd spend in the waiting room that used to exist before the pandemic hit. So there's really no excuse for the continued poor customer service they're serving up to the residents in this state.

Yes its appointment only but the waiting time is less than 15 to 10 minutes depends on issue.
