Housing authority, management team is really rude. Instead of helping people they make things a lot more complicated. I wouldn’t recommend to waste your time or money here. They ask for to much paperwork. Same paperwork every year and they like to lose documents and not answer your phone calls. They are quick to send letters to overcharge you on rent. But they don’t get your documents on time? Very unprofessional! This place needs to be looked into. These people are scammers for sure.

No thankfully I saved what I could and was able to buy a house and move out. That place is going down the tubes. Dirty and not well kept. Yeah they renovated the place a year or so ago but that doesn't change the unprofessionalism in that office and the people who reside there. There is some illegal activity that goes on within the complex but the office will absolutely turn a blind eye, simply because they could careless as long as the tenant(s) pay their rent, that is their only priority. I thank God everyday, that I was able to move from there. Definitley not worth it there.
You need to be qualified for Section 8 housing to rent from the Wethersfield Housing Authority.
Nothing is included, you pay for heat, hot water and electricity.
The rates are based on the family income.
