I got a dui first offence, went through all the classes, paid all the fines and fee's, didn't drive for 8 months, Had the Breathalizer installed, drove for 6 months with it, paid the $275.00 for restoration and DMV fee's ,Why do I still need it ?

restored my license a month ago and caught my first dui at 19 and now my license is suspended again after they refused to give me my hearing so now I need to pay fees and use a breathalyzer for a year after which is dumb seeing how you can use a balloon to pass it but it’s dumb because why they doing all this when I’m 19 and can’t even go get liquor when ever 🤔
