Whats the age requirement to get a id non driver.

I need to renew my Connecticut Non driving ID,,,,,,I tried AAA;;;;;But I expired 2 years ago..Im 65,,,,,,,Can you please tell me where to go to get an ID...Thank you

Just make sure they have original birth certificate, social security card and two pieces of dated mail, which can be a parents if the child is under 18.
