I have been referred by a doctor and the office called me yesterday but I was not available to make an appt. I called back 6x and left messages. How long does a typical return call take? I need to get in quickly.

I am not sure, I haven't had any problems. I would just keep trying. Try different times.

I have tried different times..my referral doctor said to just go in which I will do tomorrow. Are they usually this hard to get? Update: I had to have my doctors office call University Neurology to call me and the Secretary that called me back complained she had a line of people out the door, cut me off several times and made my appt. Horrible and I'll be letting the doctors know.
