I just left here. Appointment was at 130 and wasn’t aware they close at 2. When I walk in I’m told “we close at 2 so come right back”. Thinking that’s odd it’s only going to take half an hour it takes me longer to wash her . I pick her up, she smells like wet dog, hair everywhere , red bandana (she’s a girl not a huge deal), dogs walking around wherever they want (not how it should be considering she could barely walk past them making her very uncomfortable),and ALSO cut multiple nails TOO SHORT and is now in pain and bleeding. $40 to injure my dog pretty much . Awful I’ll never go back
