We have stayed a few times. The 3 bedroom ones have 2 bathroom. Two bedrooms face the ocean and the 3rd bedroom the view is of the outside. (Walk way)

There is a 3-bedroom lockout, which is basically a corner unit that has a two bedroom with a kitchen, two baths and a separate single unit with a kitchen, bedroom, and 1 bath. The two-bedroom is Oceanfront and the one bedroom is on the backside, some have a marsh View.
