The condo we rented was ocean view on the first floor. The place seemed a bit old, but for the price, it was fine. It was also very clean! After check-in, we did not hear from management unless we had a question, which was nice. It came with all appliances that you might need, including dishes and silverware. The view from this unit was not great, but the sound of the ocean was awesome! This area caters mostly to the 50+ crowd, which we are, and makes it a peaceful retreat. I would definitely come back if I could get a better view. The service might be changed to 5☆ if I ever get my deposit back.
