We stayed in units 402 and 404 week 29. The furniture is in very bad shape, especially deteriorating dining room chairs and stained sofas. The units were not clean upon arrival. The carpets were also stained and moldy smelling. We've owed 402 for 30+ years. Very few changes have been made and maintenance fees continue to rise. The maintenance people are pleasant and helpful. The elevator was not operational due to a storm July 4 - we should have been notified.! We had a very difficult and limiting week because we were not informed. We love the location, understand that it's an older unit but we are paying high fees and need to see management making better efforts to improve the facility.
