Each time I think I can’t be more disappointed I realize I can I ordered 3 of the spicy strips with wedges... oh and a upgrade charged strawberry lemonade what I got was a oil lined tray with 3 dry strips a red oil soaked biscuit cold mash potatoes

Yeah KFC has been going downhill for about 4-6 years now. I believe that the upper corporate leader's have gotten greedy $ . To bad they have forgotten the people who spend their money and only think of themselves.

Had problems with left out items, so I check the bags before leaving. But you can't judge all by ONE. But I've called a corporate line or two for remedies!
