Placed my order and was given a total that went up by 10 dollars once I got to the window. After paying I realized they charged me for a meal I didn't order. The manager acted like she didn't want to refund me. She told me in order to refund the one meal I didn't order, she had to refund the whole ticket and charge me again. The staff member who took my order became rude once I pointed out the mistake. They had me park to wait for my order and I ended up waiting so long I had to call the store to remind them I was outside. Terrible Terrible service. I won't be going back.

Waited in drive thru for thirty minutes to place my order and pay. Then was told to park so that nuggets could cook, which took an additional 30+ minutes. I had to call them and remind them I was outside, still parked and waiting. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The food was awesome and fresh the beignets were magical. I had to wait about 7 minutes but it was well worth it and the customer service was superb. I have never had service like this before. Great job it's hard to get 5 stars from me. All three employees I spoke with were awesome. One lady young came by my car and gave me an update on my order she was friendly, professional, uniform was clean neat and could communicated very well.

Stopped by Popeyes to pick up a quick bite for the kids...I ordered the Rip n' Chicken big box. Based on what I had seen on the commercials, I had a certain level of expectations. Ive been to this location before and the sevice was fine. I waited at the speaker almost 10min before anyone said anything although I could hear them talking. I had to say hello and then I was ask to hold on. I order 2 of the meals, I got them home and they looked a mess. The chicken looked like it was there all day. $14+ so not worth it. Plz look at the pics this is how they looked. They should be ashamed serving something like this.
