Chicken was cooked to order no dried out chicken and had a good deal on the chicken tub and fixings friendly people

Manager named Wayne was non-responsive and just rude to customers and staff. Did not acknowledge any customers at the counter or quick pick up station. Wayne completely ignored any communication with any customers. The rest of the staff was very helpful.

Since kfc has so much business to turn away I am very happy to oblige them and never eat at their establishment ever again especially the one on Randleman Rd. In Greensboro, NC.I would give them no stars if I could have. This review is due to the girl working the drive through and her behavior and refusal to get the manager.She wanted me to pull back out into traffic and go around the building and order at da box because I had 2 coupons and didn't tell her at da box.If you find a good review for this store,it will be from the employees.

I used to eat there all the time, but never again. They lost my business my Families, and everyone that will listen.$40, hope It was good!!!!!!! She saw me getting in my car, because they were right next to me getting high on break thank you!
No buffet. But honestly im glad they dont anymore. Back when they had one towards the latter part of the year i tried them along with my family. Was the Worst Buffet Ever! The turn over on food was Rediculous. The food was cold and tasted bad. I spoke with a manager to have them refresh the food and she gave me attitude. I was there with my family. (9adults/4kids) we constantly had to ask for chicken and biscuits and when we did the employees would have to ask permission to give us chicken. Made us all fell like beggers! When I made a complaint about to the manager she said "our buffet service will be ending soon anyway so complaints like yours wont matter" Im sure you can imagine how things went from there. If im spending my money anywhere i refuse to be treated like im begging, borrowing or stealing. Drive thru hasnt been any different. After 3more bad experiences at this location. My family and I decided to just stop patronizing this KFC. Im surprise they're still open for business!
