This is a public business. Where do you enter? Looks like more of a commercial parking lot than a Fedex location. Packages get stuck here forever, would like to pick it up locally when it's stuck here.

How can Fed Ex lose a large tire? 4 were shipped 3 made it to us, the other is lost in transit. This is delaying our travel. And just keep telling me to wait. First 2 hours, then 24 hrs., 48 hours, now 72 hours. This is really unexceptable.
