Had a fantastic experience at the Vernon location. Owen, Tammy, and the rest of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and greatly assisted us helping to get a new bike for my son. We never felt pressured, and ultimately went with a pre-owned bike (and new helmet) that he absolutely loves. Our entire family rides bikes and this is definitely now our local go-to place for bicycle purchases and service.

Overall experience buying an e bike from PP was outstanding. In particular Alyssa and team did a great job explaining and providing advice to this older road bike experienced rider. The staff in the Essex shop are all very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have always helped (and been respectful to) me regardless of how simple my questions have been. I highly recommend this bike shop. I hope workshops on how to fix various parts of the bike will start up again!
