Uh....I'm Polish myself, and you do need some salt to flavor the meat/ rice mix, unless you want it to be tasteless. You could check with them how much they put in, but this is a small family owned business, and the item you're asking about is not pre-packaged, but fresh made. Good luck; but a once in a while treat like this is worth a smidgen of salt. Smacznego!
Very low sodium
It's worth stopping by and if they don't have it they will tell you if another local Polish market has them. Sometimes they will get them special for you if you're a repeat customer. I know they have golomki but I never noticed if it was low salt.
