My husband and I are the owners and operators for Parkside Terrace Mobile Home Park. The business has been family owned since 1979 .We live on the property and my home is the office as pictured in this review. We are a small Park, with a private road and full capacity 48 lots with 44 residents currently occupied. I feel tenants are proud to live in this Park where they can enjoy a quiet, neat, clean, and attractive property. All tenants own the mobile homes and rent the lots with a low monthly fee that is affordable to both young and old. Family owned private property. Quiet neat and clean. Park owners live in community. Boarders Slater Park easy access to bike path and other attractions. Safe and well respected by home owners.
