I can see it will be closed to the general public June 16-October 20, 2019. I want to know what 'general public' means. Does it mean all people? Can MoMA members can visit during that period?

It looks like they're doing an expansion and reinstallation project. I don't think anyone will be allowed in including researchers. However members will be allowed early access to special events. I read this off of a FAQs & the member section at the website.
