They have one electric scooter at customer service that is free and available to those who need it.
I have never seen any there. I would call them in the morning. Or check their website.
I didn't notice any electric scooters/outlets for charging but I did notice the entrance to the museum is on flat ground- no stairs or bumps to travel over. The Museum also has spacious elevators.
I'm sure they do, just ask the front desk
