Love Everyone
To all employees of the Ohio Department of Public Health, It is time to stop helping these people coerce your neighbors, family and friends. They are clearly lying, and you know it. Don’t be complicit. It’s time to do the right thing. Stand up! Love your neighbor as yourself. One Love 🙏🏼

Yes I need a birth certificate. Can I come to the office and purchase one
Where do I go for birth certificate
I ordered a birth certificate online. How long should it take to receive it??? it’s already been 2 weeks
Go to the vital statistics section of the ODH.ohio.gov website
Go to Vital Statistics on Nielsen.
It depends on the local health department and if they offer medical services. You will need to call your local health department and ask. The Ohio Department of Health does not.
Not at this location. And after covid very few employees have returned to office in various departments, you're best bet would be to go online and request them from the Ohio department of health website.
Need a copy of my birthcertificate
Depending on the location, you may or may not be able to do so in person. The State Bureau of Vital Statistics does not have in person services at this time. However, you may order online and have it mailed to you. Some city/county agencies may have in person services.
You need to contact your county health department.
You need to contact your local health department.
You actually need to go through vital statics office for those documents and can do it online.
Call the city
Robert, please call the Bureau of Vital Statistics. They can be reached at the following number: 614-466-2531
No. Only Ohio can you request.
Rachel is correct. If you are within Columbus City limits, it would most likely be Columbus Public Health. If it is outside of city limits, but still within Franklin County, it would.be Franklin County Public Health. If you are not referring to a location within either of those two areas, contact the city or county where located. The Ohio Department of Health does have a local health department finder on their website.
Yes you can. For the Ohio Department of Health, you would go to the location at 225 Neilston St.

I would say you should always start with your local health department for complaints. Ohio is a "home rule state" meaning the local authorities generally take point.
The Ohio Department of Health is not a local health department. However, your local health department where you live may have the immunizations that you are inquiring about. Typhoid is situationally given since it is considered a travel immunization. Call your local health department and inquire.
